General business terms and course conditions
It is possible to participate without advance booking in the university sports training sessions that take place regularly or weekly. For the courses marked with a "k", the application dates and/or course fees are indicated.
Students of the University of Bern and of the University of Teacher Education of Bern (PH) and holders of a University Sports pass will be given priority in the first week of the online registrations. Providing there are places free, students from other Swiss universities or from the ETHZ/EPFL can apply in the second week of online registrations.

No advance application for the courses will be accepted. You can register for the courses only over the telephone or through the online form. Applications via e-mail cannot be processed.
Registration:
Please only register if you are sure to participate in the course! The registration is binding in every case. The course fees are due immediately upon registration. If the course fees are not paid punctually (at the latest by the close of registration), the right to a guaranteed place is forfeited and the course fees are billed with an additional processing fee of CHF 20.00.
Many courses are fully booked quickly and waiting lists will be established. Anyone who is registered for a course but cannot participate is kindly invited to notify the registry immediately, or at the latest before the close of registration so that participants on the waiting list can be taken into account. In such cases, people on the waiting list will be informed.
Withdrawal:
Withdrawing from a course is only possible over the University Sports registry. In the case of someone withdrawing from a course before the close of applications, the course fees will be refunded after deduction of a processing fee (10% of the course fees, minimum CHF 20.00).
If applications have already closed or if the participant simply stays away, no course fees will be refunded. Exceptions only upon submission of a medical certificate!
