Instructions
- Select the sport
- In the lower section of the page on the sport in question, you will see the programmes available.
- Detailed information on the programme can be retrieved if desired by clicking on the code in the information column.
- Return to the page of the sport in question.
- When you click on the application date in the “application” column, the online application form will appear.
Warning: It is possible that there are several programmes per sport, so please pay particular attention to selecting the correct line!
- If the programme is not yet fully booked, the application form can be filled in completely and sent off. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with an invitation to pay the course fees into the post account 30-23128-4, University Sports, 3012 Bern (please indicate the exact course name)
Observations
Please only enrol if you are sure to participate in the course!
The right to a guaranteed place is forfeited if the course fees are not paid punctually.
Withdrawing from a course is only possible through the University Sports registry. In the case of someone withdrawing from a course before the close of applications, the course fees will be refunded after deduction of a processing fee (10% of the course fees, minimum CHF 20.00). If applications have already closed or if the participant simply stays away, no course fees will be refunded. Exceptions only upon submission of a medical certificate!
In cases of unexcused absence from the course or withdrawals after applications have closed, the course fees are billed with an additional processing fee of CHF 20.00.
Waiting lists will be established. If someone withdraws, the people on the waiting list will be informed.
