Online application for University Sports pass

Procedure:

1. Fill in the form below completely (*mandatory fields!), attach a passport photo and/or a copy of the identity card and send it off. Please use upper case where appropriate (e.g. John Smith). After sending the form, you will automatically receive an e-mail to acknowledge receipt.
   
   
2. We will send you a confirmation by post that will entitle you to participate in the university sports for two weeks from the date of issue.
   
   
3. Please submit outstanding documents to the university sports registry:
   - passport photo: by e-mail (.jpg), post or in person (only necessary in case of a new application)
   - copy of the identity card/pass (see the “condition” column in the regulations) by e-mail, by post or in person
   
   
4. Payment of the fee. The account number is indicated on the confirmation; we will not send any invoices or payment slips. Upon receipt of the correct amount, the sports pass is automatically sent by post.
   
5. Validity: the sports pass is valid for 12 months, 2 or 5 years as counted from the date of the request. The sports pass is not automatically renewed upon expiration. Valid sports passes will be extended seamlessly upon renewal.
