Performance levels

Basic (B)

At this level, basic knowledge of the sport is taught and the foundations of the specific sport are acquired under easy conditions. This level is suitable for beginners, for those who are rediscovering the sport as well as for enthusiasts who wish to consolidate elementary movements and sequences.

Level 1 (L1)

Building on the foundations specific to the sport, the movements and sequences are used in more difficult conditions and adapted. This level is suitable for persons who wish to consolidate further and add to their repertoire of elementary movements.

Level 2 (L2)

The movements and sequences specific to the sport are adapted, further added to and combined anew in complex situations. This level is suitable for active sports enthusiasts who have already mastered advanced skills and who wish to optimise the quality of movement.

Sports listed in the programme without indication of level are open to all levels.
